Hello. My name is Aisha Walters. I am a former British Champion at Masterclass Level in Sports Acrobatics and founded Benchmark Gymnastics in 2009.
I have been coaching for 23 years and am qualified as a coach in general gymnastics, pre school, disabilities and acro. I am also a tutor for the national governing body, delivering coaching qualifications for Levels 1, 2 & 3, as well as training for welfare officers, 'Intro to' courses for 11-14 year olds and the Award Scheme Coaches Qualifications. I am also an assessor for British Gymnastics.
I am passionate about people. I love reading, hot countries, spending time with my family and watching my coaches and gymnasts grow and reach their potential.
I love how passionate the club is and how everyone's strength is recognised and everyone's weakness is improved.
Hello. My name is Sarah and I joined the Benchmark team in 2013. As a coach I have managed to accumulate a number of qualifications through the club. I have completed my Level 2 General and Level 2 Acrobatics qualifications. I am soon to complete my Level 3 Acrobatic modules.
I love working for Benchmark 5 days a week, as it has taught me good work ethic and how to adapt my coaching style to suit the specific needs of children across all ages.
Outside of Benchmark I enjoy shopping and going to the cinema :)

Hello, my name is Enivalde Ventura. I joined the Benchmark team in December 2017 and work as part of the admin team.
In June 2017, I had come to do work experience with Benchmark Gymnastics club and had learned a lot of new skills that I now use in my daily life. I have now come back to learn even more skills such as learning the essentials needed to run a club, communicating and helping parents and to come back to the friendly environment both the children and staff bring every day.
Outside of Benchmark, I attend Sacred Heart R.C Secondary school and I also do athletics as my main sport and I am very interested in coaching not only in my own sports but in a wide range of sports.
My name is Tamara Smith and after volunteering at Benchmark for 8 months I finally took my assessment and am now a qualified Level 1 General Gymnastics Coach. I hope to eventually become a Level 2 coach and possibly a Judge as well.
Benchmark is such an amazing company to work for, not only are the staff and gymnasts genuinely lovely people and so supportive, but the organisation and running of the company is outstanding. It makes me incredibly proud to be able to work for a company like Benchmark.
Through becoming a coach, I have rediscovered my own personal passion for gymnastics and am starting to go back to open adult classes - although I am very rusty as it has been about 10 years! I feel as though training again will make me a much better coach.
Outside of Benchmark, I am also an actress currently auditioning and starting to book professional work, so watch this space...!
